Grand opening ceremony to celebrate eClerx’s new delivery center in Fayetteville, N.C.

Fayetteville, N.C., July 18, 2017​​​

eClerx is pleased to announce the opening of its first delivery center in the United States, in Fayetteville, NC.

“We’re happy to introduce our new facility to the community and thank all of those who helped bring this project to fruition,” said Bob Horan, Managing Principal, eClerx Customer Operations. The ribbon-cutting ceremony on July 18th marked the launch of eClerx’s delivery center at 235 N McPherson Blvd.

County Commission Chairman Glen Adams, stated “Cumberland County is proud to be the home of eClerx’s first delivery center in the country, and we want to thank the company for creating jobs, hiring local vendors and establishing a training partnership with Fayetteville Technical Community College. We look forward to watching the company grow.”

eClerx will initially provide premiere customer service support from its delivery center in Fayetteville. Fayetteville boasts several appealing factors which eClerx believes will be critical to its success, including a bustling local community with access to an educated, diverse workforce including military families and local colleges. eClerx looks forward to growing its partnership with the town of Fayetteville.
